Finally got to take some photos. however they are not the best as our camera battery died on us so used the iPhone instead.
Will try some more over the weekend

I am going to knit this again in reverse colours using the patterns recommended needles then will measure both hats and add to notes

4 April: knitting going along beautifully. No problems at all. Finished and blocking

Totally addictive, just as I suspected ;)
No problems with this lovely pattern at all, although black little stitches aren’t so easy to see in the evening! Taking a bit longer due to the larger number of floats at this part of the charts and the cashmere although beautiful is oiled so it tends to stick together, making it a bit harder to keep floats nice and even

1 April: yarn chosen and swatches made..going up half size needle due to the Colourmart being thinner..casting on :)

I can already tell that this is going to be addictive!
