I love that this is seamless.

My head measures 21”, so I started with a chain of around 10” and it’s grown to 10.5” once I started stitching.

I’m using hhdc as the stitch for the top part because I like that texture.

When you start it looks like it’s far too enormous, but the instructions are good as long as you get the chain length right to start with.

I am working in a spiral so not joining or turning.

I tried the fpdc bpdc ribbing but it felt too holey to me so I’m doing k2 p2 ribbing instead, using a smaller needle than hook size.
