airplane knitting on bamboo dpn’s

mods: knit 7 rounds of ribbing at the beginning, knit the small size on 2.5mm bamboo dpn’s, not sure about gauge but they will fit someone with euro 38 (24.5 cm long) just fine. they are a tad small on me (which you can see in the pics) because i am more like a euro 39/40. i didn’t break off the yarn after the ribbing as called for, just knit one more to start with a purl stitch and launched into the heel (why break the yarn? i’m not sure for the reasoning behind that). also i made the cables on the second heel twist in the opposite direction (but didn’t mirror the pattern on the top of the foot though i could have, if i do this again i probably will mirror it).

yarn: the yarn was stretchy for something with cotton content (part cotton part wool part poly) and has a nice textured feel even in stockinette.
