A simply-shaped top-down raglan cardigan using lurk42’s amazing long-striping yarn in a very spring color. I love the flash of yellow in these skeins. I cannot recommend this yarn enough. Laura has a wonderful eye for color!

Ribbing and stripes are in Cordovan. I’m letting the long striping yarn do its thing and then crocheting in brown stripes to separate the colors into well delineated stripes that hide the color transitions.

The sleeves are 3/4 length finished off with a couple of inches of 2x2 brown ribbing. The body is also finished with several inches of 2x2 brown ribbing. Button bands picked up and worked in 3x3 ribbing. 7/8” inch buttons.

For future reference:

CO 32, PM, 19, PM, 72, PM, 19, PM, 32
Raglan increases added every other row until bottom of armpit. A bit tight in the armpit. Change ratio of cast on next time.

My long-term goal is to write up this pattern for release
