CO 2x12, inc to 2x24 sts in Strawberry patchwork yarn. Will use the Savane twins for afterthought heel and band.

3/28 ready for the heel. Afterthought or not?

4/11 Finished! I consider them a great success, even if they are more tight that I am used to (maybe it’a a plus?) and I really dislike the aftertought heel exercice.

I could have made the toes with the cream, then knit until the heel, do it either with cream/gold or in red, etc…

I probably knit each of these socks three times total. Distraction + trying to use every inch of the yarn + new-ish techniques…
