I’m using smaller needles and thinner yarn than the pattern suggests. Knitting in size 1yr, hoping to get a vest for a 6-month-old.

Baby O. wanted the vest without the hood, so I made a collar by knitting a few rows on the neckline.

I also put on only 2 buttons on the sides and one on the collar.
