The Woolly Brew in Pittenweem, Fife

Take 2. My first attempt was tightly chained (4.5mm) and the fabric too tight (3mm). Heartbreaking to rip out 6” but needs must!

Chained about 144 on 5.5mm to make it loose enough,
Worked the treble clusters with 3.5mm

Took a break over Summer and Autumn.

My edging was a bit fudged! I did a mixture of treble, single and double crochet around the edge until I was happy with the balance between the blanket body and edging. Don’t scrimp on the edge, it really adds to the blanket.

Measures 110cm x 80cm unblocked. And weighs 685g

Very very happy
