Notes

A strand of each color knit together created the proper gauge for this pattern. A very quick, easy knit - was my first pattern with cables and was a cinch.
This is my husband’s Last Chance for a knit from me. The first project I ever knit was a scarf for him, from cheap wool/acrylic blend and was never, ever worn. Was “too scratchy”. So I selected the softest yarns I could find, in his favorite color, and will see how this goes over. Shhh! It’s for Christmas! Would like to also make a cable scarf in the two leftover skeins. The pattern’s in my queue.
