April 21st 2012: got the yarn today and immediately cast on. It was NOT a priority because we’ll have cub scout meetings until June, but yarn looks so lovely I wanted to see the colors mixing up. I know it is thinner than the called for yarn, but it seems to be working fine.
April 25th: I started the border, the body took exactly 1 ball of Mini Mochi. It looks lovely (to me).
April 27th: finished, now I need to block it. It took a little less than 2 balls but I had to tie an additional knot because I had a huge tangle….
