Notes

May 21st 2011: cast on for this nice vest. I am using the smaller size number of stitches but needles are biggger than recommended and yarn is thicker too, so it should fit me:I am not exactly an extra small kind of person.
May 25th: started the openwork lace on top of the back. I am not sure I’ll like to knit a very similar front though…Yarn is a pleasure to work with, very smooth…
May 28th: started the front, not much time to knit this weekend, though. Garden work and James wants to stay outside all the time!!!
June 1st: finished front.Looks nice, too hot to wear it anyway…
June 5th: finished knitted part, now I have to do the dreaded sewing…
June 10th: finished and wore it. It seems bigger than I would have liked it too.And I used exactly 3 skeins, with NOTHING left….NOTHING, I say. Not even a scrap to put around the paper label to store details.
