adapted the fair-isle-pattern from a photo. Modified it to capped sleeves and the facing will not be turned over to avoid bulk.
It turned out quite ok. It was the first time, that I used scissors on a knitted piece, but due to the fact that I would never have been able to match the colour changes in the front pieces … well, it worked out fine. And I like my approach much better than the drop shoulders of the original.
