This headband/earwarmer was made with three rows of cables and then hand embroidered. Don’t remember yarns or needles, but the cabled base must have been mostly wool because it felted a bit. I remember it was very soft and cushy, though. The yarn used for the embroidery was some type of wool tweed and is very itchy!
