Birthday presents for husband.

I wanted to make a cowl and fingerless mittens in a simple style, so I used a purl3 (purl2 for the mitts), knit1tbl stitch pattern.

The cowl is knitted flat, with a provisional cast-on. The mitts in the round, and worked together.
