Rookie error. Realised I didn’t weigh my yarn before starting. Will have to guesstimate amount of aqua and purple used in the yoke and weigh the purple once the stripes are done.
I have 43g of purple left in this particular ball as of switching to larger needles. Hopefully I can work out roughly how much of each colour I used in the yoke later on.
Dividing for sleeves and body after 8 rows of stocking stitch.

Finished first ball of purple late last night. About halfway through body now. Ball joined in weighs 79g.

46g of yarn left after casting off body. Body weighs 100g. So: used 43+33 = 76g of purple for body on larger needles. Yoke on smaller needles = 24g. Guessing that it’s roughly half of each colour, maybe a little more purple. I’ll guesstimate 11g aqua, 13g purple.

102g aqua before starting cuff.

Oh dear. I just noticed that I measured the body length from the wrong spot (underarm rather than shoulder point), which means I’ve made the body around 4” too long. I’ll unpick it after I’ve finished the sleeves. Shouldn’t be too hard.

I didn’t bother swapping to 3.25mm needles when doing the cuffs, just stayed on the 4mm.

99g aqua after finishing, 24g purple left, cardi weighs 123g total. But still have to frog back to right spot on body.

Frogged back. Now whole cardi weighs 102g, 22g of purple left after reknitting.
