Used the graph from mentioned pattern. Generated my own pattern with Knitware. Knitted on my Silverreed sk580 fairisle T8. Intarsia failed because I didn’t understand the color separations with the SilverKnit.
Welts on my Superba T7.

BACK:
1.    Cast on 70 sts in WY, using TD8 and open edge method. Work 6 rows, ending COR.    RC000.   
2.    Change to MY and Stocking stitch.    Work 36 rows.   
3.    Mark this row at both ends for armhole.
4.    Work 36 more rows.    Total 72 rows.   
5.    Back neck.    Thread center 30 sts onto WY.    20 sts each side.    Knit 6 rows with WY.

FRONT:
1-2    Follow steps 1 and 2 as for back.    COR.
3.    Armhole.        Mark this row at both ends for armhole.    Work 2 rows ( 38 rows total).
4.    Divide for neck.        Cast off center 2 sts.    34 sts each side.    Place LH needles in HP, to work right neck.
5.    Shape neck.    Dec 1 st at neck edge of next row, then every 2nd row 7 times, then every 3rd row 6 times, until 20 sts remain.    Work 1 rows even.    Total 72 rows.
6.    Cut yarn, leaving a 52,0 cms end.    Work 6 rows WY.    Place sts in HP.
7.    Left neck.    COL.    Work as for right neck,    reversing shapings.

BACK AND FRONT HEMS:
1.    With wrong side of work facing, hook the MY sts onto 70 needles, leaving every other needle in NWP.    Hang weights.    Knit 1 row using TD8.
2.    Change to TD7 and knit 16 rows.
3.    Convert to 1x1 rib using latchet tool.    Cast off loosely.

SLEEVES:
1.    Cast on 38 sts in WY, using TD8 and open edge method. Work 6 rows, ending COR.    RC000.   
2.    Change to MY and Stocking stitch.   
3.    Inc 1 st at each end of every 3rd row once, then every 4th row 9 times to 58 sts (39 rows total).
4.    Work even to total 42 rows.    COR.   
5.    Cast off loosely.
