Jan 14/21: Likely to begin this project today, if in nothing more than working on the charts.

Jan 15/21: made the charts for the name and the soldier last night. Likely to c.o. today.

Jan 17/21: started w/ white yesterday, then realized I should’ve started with the pale blue, so I got around to that today. I’ve made it past the chart for the name and still have a good chunk of the evening left.

Jan 19/21: wove in ends to this point.

Jan 21/21: working the instep now. Update: finished shaping the toes and have to seam everything up now. Was able to duplicate stitch in the gunmetal parts today with leftover acrylic from the Bartim Owl project.

Jan 22/21: began seaming up the toe and instep last night.

Jan 29/21: awaiting a bit of brown yarn from Miriam so I can finish the rifle. It’s supposed to arrive by Monday. I’ve messaged Redditor to update.

Feb 2/21: got the beige yarn today, so the stocking is done! I’m probably going to a light pressing today, then notify the client tomorrow.

Feb 3/21: pressed this on the polyester setting yesterday, with my cotton rag as the protective layer, and got the colourwork to relax (difference illustrated in the top two photos). Very happy with it! Still have to update the yarn totals.
