saw this yarn at The Yarn Basket and absolutely knew it needed to be a hat for fall. the open weave of Foliage meant it wouldn’t be too warm, but it covers my ears so it’ll definitely be warm enough.

i got so excited, i started it one night and finished it the next. too bad it’s mid-May… hehe

it blocked out a little too big (even though i got gauge in stockinette)-- if i were to make it again, i’d probably use 10’s.
