11/1: done as of a few days ago. looks ok. not as bee-utiful as jared flood’s but it’s kind of grunge-ish which reflects a lot of what i wear anyway. it blocked realllly well and got even softer and i’ve pretty much been wearing it everyday since. now i just need a good photo (story of my life)

10/25: i was really excited about this but i don’t think it’s turning out like everyone else’s. for some reason, the two colors are changing at the same time… makes an interesting effect but not what most of the noro scarves do. i cut one of the colors and took a few yards out so i’ll see if that helps. i think it might just be that there’s less color variation in cashmere island than there is in other noro yarns… it seems it at least…
