4/01/08: finished! blocking now. i used one hank and just a few yards from the second. i’m not sure if its big enough but i guess i’ll see when its dry. the yarn was really nice but i think if i did this pattern again i’d either use something thinner or use a size 5 needle.
3/31/08: finished lily of the valley border. got used to the nupps after awhile, now i miss them (i’m weird, its ok). i’m halfway through the peaked edging so hopefully i’ll finish in my class tomorrow morning
3/29/08: finished budding lace pattern repeats (i only did 12 to make a small-ish one)… just started the border. holy crap are these nupps annoying!! i might tear it out back to the lace and just do beads or something.
3/25/08: a surprise for my grandmother and my attempt at practicing lace knitting. if this works out, i’ll make another in j knits superwash me sock yarn for myself
