5/23/08: addi’s are lifesavers. this feels like it only took moments once i switched over to them. it’s a little too big and the yarn is sort of stiff (fabric softener should help that) but overall it’s alright.

5/21/08: a week? what was i thinking? the ribbing is taking FOREVER and it doesnt help that my boyes are completely unusable. i bought an addi lace circ this weekend so i’m gonna start up on this again

4/6/08: started this guy back up again. thank god for addis-- i finished one sleeve today. i’m gonna make this my at-school project so it should be done by the end of the week.

3/14/08: i’m pretty much up to the sleeves, but i want to knit them in the round. i think i’m going to try and buy addis next weekend, so this guy is on hold til then (my boyes are becoming unbearable to work with-- the threading has completely split on the size 8’s, and they don’t even stay together for one complete row without having to tighten them and further destroy the threads.)

3/10/08: people keep saying its spring. in my mind, spring involves positive temperatures and no 40cm snowstorms, so in the meantime i might as well use the reminder as a hint to start springtime knitting.
