Notes

22.04.10 First pair of socks ever. Decided not to try toe-up but will be using picot cast-on instead.

30.04.10 I must have missed a sts somewhere, ended up 13 sts each on Needle 1 & 2 before Bind off. Finished first sock! WOW! WOW! WOW! it looks amazing!! Started CO the other sock now.

08.05.10 Hmm.. I still ended up with 13sts instead of 12 on Needle 1 & 2 before Bind off. Yay, my first pair of socks!! I’m very happy with the results! Can’t wait to wear them!

Techniques learned:

  • Picot Cast On – CO 5 sts with knit CO method, BO 2 sts put last sts back onto the left needle, repeat until desired sts required.
