Notes

9/14 I started this on size 4 needles, but I am thinking of going all the way down to size 0

10/28 I have switched to size 0 needles. Boy is it tough to knit the tiny yarn on tiny needles, but I am liking the look of my teeny tiny triangle better. I’m only on the second repeat of chart 2… this is going to take forever to do, at least until I get to the mostly straight bit.

12/24 I hit the straight 2 row repeat section a few days ago. It’s a bit faster going now, but this thing is not going to be done anytime soon. Still, I love the look I am getting.

3/23 I am still working on this. I dare not move it from my desk because I am an idiot and started using the yarn from the center, which I later realized was tempting fate with silk. Still, I am progressing slowly but surely, using up about 20 yards of silk a week. The scarf is now about 40 inches long. If I were following the pattern it would be time to start decreasing. but not with my radical gauge change. I’ll continue until it’s a good 60 inches. It’s slow, but I do love the silk.
