From ‘troublesome’ to ‘sassy’ with this design, one of my favorite Stitchnerd patterns!

She’s a bit of a chameleon, sporting corals in indoor lighting, purple-pink outdoors, and dark dusky purple at night.

There’s a lot of pooling, the lighter spots remind me of objects dappled by the sun peeking through branches. I spiced her up a bit with picots. She’s in her beauty bath now.

01/13 - Picot BO (2/4) with US7. BO used 3g.

01/11 - Watching the Cowboys/Packers game while knitting on a cold, rainy day. :) The Packers won. There’s always next year…

01/05 - Knitting this between other projects. Pops of color every stitch, beautiful purples and reds. Yum! Texture rows are 3-2-1-2-3 etc. I’m so happy this will be mine!

01/02 - Arroyo is one of my favorite yarns, and this one is exceptionally soft. It’s been a challenge to find a pattern for this particular skein since there are so many places left either undyed or barely dyed. I frogged it from another shawl due to this, and also tried linen stitch to see if the bare spots would be less noticeable (nope!). Since this is for me, I’m going to knit on, and I have a fabric pen to blend the colors if needed. :\
