Hand-dyed Texel yarn using tumeric and marigold. Wanted to see how this would knit up in squishy fisherman’s rib.

Got my row count wrong as I was knitting on the train and need to do some frogging--which is very tricky with fisherman’s rib, so needless to say, this hat is on hold for the moment.

Fixed the mistakes by un-knitting two rows. Phew, that took awhile to figure out in fisherman’s rib but I did it so now the hat is back on track! This is going to be Mike the husband’s new winter hat and he is already eager to wear it!
