Notes

The PurlSoho Sweatshirt Sweater was one of the very first sweater patterns I came across at the beginning of my knitting career. I had no idea how to knit a hat, let alone a sweater at that time so it was book-marked and saved for later, way later. Well, way later became only 8 months later!

After swatching with the Dutch Texel yarn in light-gray, I knew this would be the perfect yarn for the project! It is about time I knit something from a local yarn!

Loved knitting this pattern, it was so straight-forward! It was my first bottom up sweater and I would say it was my favorite kind of sweater because starting with the sleeves is always a good thing.

I knit 2 extra rows in the raglan shaping row and picked up more stitches along the front neck-line than called for.

So glad I decided to go with the XS size because after blocking, even in the XS size, it is a bit slouchy on me, but not in a bad way.

It also used just shy of 4 skeins of Texel yarn.
