My boy doesn’t like having his photo taken .. he loves his new hat though!

I’m afraid he had a bit of a radical hair cut the other day so I whipped up a quick fix in the form of Fjord. Any excuse, I have discovered I love making hats. As with all Jenny’s patterns, this one is super easy with beautifully crystal clear instructions. It’s also non gender specific, especially in the yarn I chose.

The Mericash was already in the stash, I love the ‘manly’ bluey/greeny/brown colours but although good and soft, it isn’t my favourite yarn to date.

I used smaller needles for a slightly smaller hat and it fits perfectly.
