I’m not a fan of repeat knitting but my friend Jayne loved the first one I made. She did me a huge favour recently so I knitted one for her too.

Still a great pattern, very easy to pick up/put down and, of course, MadTosh is always a joy to knit with.

I followed the updated version, knitted the alternative border with 3 repetitions of the small waves instead of 4 as I wasn’t sure whether I was going to make the full pattern with my 395 yds. It’s possible I could have done it, but it would have been touch and go ..
