I knitted only yellow and later stitched the brown stains (the brown peel vice versa of course), than soaked and rubbed and rubbed and soaked it in hot water and soap.

I think these appealing peels are pretty universally usable:
as decoration on headbands or bonnets, as epaulettes or lovely keyrings…and of course as the most perfect perfect yarn bomb…
