I’m trying to get a few other WIPs completed, but both are at a finicky stage and I have no time or patience. So I wasn’t casting ANYTHING on at all….then I finally caved.

SI thought I’d start a Mabel’s Scarf but I couldna find my pattern & i’m 2 cheap to buy it a second time. I wanted some “stupid knitting” (that isn’t huge like the afghan), was NOT starting socks (not til I fix the pair in progress/languishing for 10 months) & I’ve been wanting to make this thing for years and this pattern starts off with stupid knitting. Ahhhhh! Happiness!

done all the body knitting. Now I need to do the bill & feet, once I stuff the head & put the eyes on. Of course, now the weather is warm…….
