using the worsted doubled. think i will add a pleated pink skirt to the body. Upsized this by 10%.

I created a skirt but not pleated - very cute. Cast on 80 sts, K 10 rows k1 p1 ribbing. Row 11 - k1 m1 the whole round (160 sts). Rows 12,13 & 14 - K.
Row 15 - k3 m1 the whole round .
Rows 16 & 17 - k
Row 18 - k1 m1 k3 repeat to end of round.
Knit 5 more rows.
Bind off.
