I wanted to make rainbow boots for a special expected baby. I made stripes on the sides using the rainbow colours. Then I played around with the tops until I got a result that I liked. I wanted it to look like clouds.

I made a simple roll down cuff top, rather than a button strap, this time. I just made one row of sc after the upper foot was complete, then 4 rows of doc.
I will thread fine elastic around the ankles.
I’m pleased with these.
