I’ve decided to stop buying dish sponges. They wear out fast and it’s wasteful of resources.
So I am making more of these cotton dishcloths to use instead.
I like using them and they last a long time. I think I need at least seven so I can use a clean one every day.
They are just Tunisian simple stitch. Starter chain of 20. (I prefer them to fir in my hand neatly)
And a border of reverse dc or sc if you are American.
I’m enjoying making them. They work up fast and are an easy project. It’s nice to work with cotton when the weather is hot.
