This is a very easy scarf…here is the pattern. There may be others like this as well:

Worsted weight yarn, size 10 needles:
Cast on 24, knit two rows.

row 1: slip first st, k1,* yo, k2tog* to last 2 sts, k2.
row 2, slip first st, k1, purl to last 2 sts, k2

Repeat until almost out of yarn, knit two rows, bind off.
I put a little crochet loop of 15 chains and added a button.
this is optional, of course.
