Notes

Summary

Ran out of yarn after two repeats of the last lace section, so couldn’t finish the remaining two. Still came out quite sizable. Had a little trouble blocking the lace edge so it wouldn’t curl or crinkle. Used blocking wires to create triangle shape, and then steamed the edge into submission afterwards the next day. I wish I had taken the time to source some different color yarn since the projects with 3 colors look really fantastic.

Don’t have anything particularly portable and I am flying to Florida tomorrow… hopefully this fits the bill.

Still grinding along with this project. It’s my “portable” project, so I only seem to work on it when I’m sitting in a waiting room or something. Just finished the first skein; at this rate, maybe it will be done by the end of Summer 2016!
