I’m tackling a DROPS pattern WISH ME LUCK

DROPS Notes:

CO 56 sts using long tail tubular; worked 2 set up rows flat and then joined and worked 6 rounds k1p1 with 14 sts on each DPN.

Added 7 sts from needle 2 to needle 1 and worked these as heel flap. Slipped first st from each row.

24 rows in heel flap, ending WS.

Never done this heel; slipped each first stitch every time I turned because it felt weird not to.

Picked up 14 sts, knitted across, picked up another 14 sts and divided the heel 6/7.

Slipped first 3 sts from instep needles onto gusset needle because stitch markers are lame.
