Got to row 7 of repeat 3 of the cable chart and hadn’t yet started the second ball of eco, so I decided to make this into a Boxy-style pullover instead.

On row 9, bound off the middle cable and worked a German short row turning right before the outer cable section. Purl to neck. BO 5 sts, work short row turning with 5 unworked sts between this and previous double stitch. Purl to neck. BO 4 sts, work one more short row as before, purl to neck. Work in pattern to end, knitting ds as one stitch. Put on holder, will 3 needle BO later. Repeat on the other side.
