I’m not sure whether this is a Jackaroo that incorporates Steggie or the other way around, but basically I’m blending the two patterns to make a Hobbes-sized stegosaurus sweater that I can wear at work like a goddamned adult.

Long tail cast on for the 1S Jackaroo; 14 rows in ribbing.

Followed the largest size Steggie armhole directions; the 18 decreases actually fit perfectly outside the twisted ribbing detail.

CO 40 for sleeve; 11 rows in ribbing. Starting CC2 spikes on row 8 instead of row 6 and adding 4 more rows to sawtooth edging because I want bigger spikes.

Increasing every 10 rows (so 9 rows between increases) per Jackaroo, knitting until it’s a long sleeve instead of a 3/4 sleeve. Got 10 increases in, starting the largest Steggie sleeve cap at the bind off row for the sixth CC1 spike (binding off 10 instead of 11, because I have 60 MC sts rather than 61).
