Using up some stash that I’d tried to make something with in the past but nothing ever stuck. I hope this’ll be the magic project…

Mods:

1. Extra full repeat on each side of the band for a total of 72 and 71 rows rather than 60 and 59. Smaller needles + thinner yarn.

2. Picked up 148 stitches, decreased 24.

3. First WS row after pick-up was all purl but with color switches so the first RS purl bumps in the navy weren’t the wrong color.

4. Corrugated ribbing!! My background color is worsted and my foreground is DK, so I’m pulling harder on the background and leaving the foreground as loose as I can.
