Cast on two extra 12-stitch repeats for some extra width to account for the slightly thinner yarn.

Using a braided join and trying to remember to braid about 4” at the join to account for the fact that this yarn is like a bazillion times thicker than I’m used to working with.

June 30: Four repeats complete, just started sixth skein of yarn. Looks like I’ll be able to fit in at least 8, though I might call it at 7 if it’s looking sufficiently sizeable and just use the last skein for a hat or something :P

July 13: 7.5 total repeats (1 more full repeat than patterned). Dimensions approximately as patterned. I did it :D
