Found the most adorable blush colored baby dress…want to make a bonnet to match for tomorrow’s photo shoot, so restitching newborn size in a very similar neutral pink color.

Made a blush sample using a d (3.25 mm) hook and had to do fewer cables because the acrylic fingering yarn didn’t have as much elasticity as the merino…so I’m thinking I’ll write this pattern as a “made to measure” just so it’s easier to customize and get a perfect fit using various fingering or sport weight yarns and fibers…etc, etc.
