This was a joy to knit! Great, easy to follow pattern. I was concerned with felting ( All those stitches! ) that the bag would be too tiny to be functional. I used front loading machine on Hot - Put through twice. My bag felted nicely and is a great size. I could put through again to close stitches even more, but I like the size it is now.
I put an IKEA trivet ( cork) on the bottom for stability. Will make another bag as a gift.
