Notes

I’m a bit confused about the yarn. I own several skeins of different colors and dye lots and it seems some are harder and some softer on the surface. Weird. My Mulberry isn’t at all as soft as a the Honey color.

Well, the pattern is familar by now, so it’ll be an easy knit. At least it’s a non-itchy yarn.

--- I was _this_ close to not finishing with the same yarn! I left out the 13th and 14th row in the Edge Lace-pattern och voilá, I had one meter left when I finished! ---

I soaked the shawl in cold water with some hair conditioner, hoping it will turn out softer. At least not it’s a lot bigger, about 2x1,5 meters.

Why was I so worried? The yarn is so much softer now, and the shawl is really big!

My Grandma really liked it, but was afraid to use it, thinking she’ll ruin it or something.

…..
My Grandma passed away in May 2014. RIP, I love you, see you in heaven.
Then her daughter, my aunt inherited this shawl, she said she liked it a lot. So glad! <3
