Notes
  • Knit only 8 rnds of ribbing
  • Eliminated 2 rnds from the white area above and below the leaves and one row from the stem (the stem is 3 rnds tall)
  • If you are a tight knitter, not use to stranding, and/or have an above average head size, I’d recommend using the 4.0mm.

Others have said the hat is too small or too large. My head is about 21-22”/Med for an adult woman and with my mods, it fits a bit snug on 3.75mm but it was too big on 4.0mm. I had to restart the hat and modify the pattern because it was too tall for me. Even with the mods, I find the sizing of this hat weird.
