I’ve also seen these described as ‘sock stirrups’ so I decided the above name as hopefully it help socks stick!

(I’m thinking how wonderful these would be for wriggly adult bedsocks too! ;))

The pattern is best read through a couple of times with a good idea already established of what you’re trying to make as I didn’t find it particularly easy to follow the pattern - it may have just been the formatting.
