Notes

I recently came across this old farmhouse that had a beautiful carved entrance. Knitters’ minds sometimes work in strange ways, the door looked like a cabled knitting pattern. My first idea was: I must knit this!
Now it turned out to become a doubleknit scarf, highly stylized and transformed to colorwork.

I was a bit worried that I might run out of yarn. After having used half of it, the scarf has a length of 85cm. I’ll stop worrying now.
