I’m liking the texture that is showing up! For some reason though, I thought it was going to be reversible…

I’m so surprised how this scarf looks totally different with different yarns. The scarf isn’t curling at all while I knit, and I’m managing to get the cables done without cableneedles. Good scarf!

Still working on it. A row here and there on the commuter train in the morning, a couple of longer sections on airplane-rides. Not so much at other times. Hence the name “travel scarf”! I don’t really have a feel for how much I have left, as it will be done whenever there isn’t more yarn left, haha!

Over a year later, it is done. The yarn from the recycled sweater is now officially done, gone, and used up! I kind of want to cast on immediately with another (but with chunkier yarn so it doesn’t take so long to finish!), but I would also love to have a scarf that looks the same on both sides. I think I need to experiment a little.
