I test knit this pullover with the cowl separate from the sweater. For Cowl: I followed instructions then cast off before starting the neckline. For pullover: I cast on the same number of stitches as I did for the cowl for the size I was making, with smaller size needles. I worked garter stitch in the round for 3/4” then switched to larger needles and started the raglan decreases.
