My Neighbor Totoro is a very cute movie.

Long project with happy ending.

This will be a Totoro shell, or a toy-to-stuff. Kind of Build-a-Bear project.
The shell size - 13” tall (ears not counted) over 10” wide.

Working on the toy following the pattern to the “T”.
For eyes, I used small black buttons with shanks.

On the body, I left big opening on the bottom and separately crocheted a round bottom piece - “a lid”. After stuffing the toy, the girl will sew the bottom to the body, to complete Totoro.
