I didn’t check the gauge so my dress came out a tad smaller than expected. I love the end result and am very happy with it. It’s the first ever crocheted clothing item I have ever made. Alicia’s directions are easy to follow and I LOVE her patterns. I will be making another and probably another - this time I will behave and check the gauge.
