I really love this pattern, I’ve knit it with Magicline because I love how it stripes up (though the balls sometimes have odd mismatched joins that need ‘fixing’) and being 100% cotton this will be really practical for summer.

Knit till 53 cms for a 2-3 year fit. Increased every 8th row to a total of 142 stitches. Finished with a really simple scalloped edge I tried out but I’m not 100% happy with it so it’s likely to change

Used more than the 5 balls down in the yardage due to having to match colours every ball change.

HAD to put in a picture where my rascally fellow featured too - didn’t even realise he was in the frame.
